For managed service providers

Workflow automation for MSPs.

Your PSA, RMM, and documentation tools each do their job. W!FE is the layer that runs the process across all of them: onboarding, ticket routing, alert response, and the checklists your techs repeat every day.

MSP workflows that run themselves

Automate the work between your tools.

These are real workflow patterns MSPs run in W!FE today, built and operated by Braintek, an MSP that runs its own operations on W!FE.

Onboarding

Client and employee onboarding

A form submission creates the Autotask ticket, provisions Microsoft 365 accounts through Graph, assigns licenses through Pax8, deploys the software baseline with ImmyBot, and documents everything in IT Glue. One intake, every system updated.

Ticket routing

Ticket triage and routing

Inbound tickets are classified, enriched with client and asset context, and routed to the right queue with the right priority. Escalation rules run on a schedule instead of in someone's head.

Alert response

RMM alert response

NinjaOne alerts hit a webhook, W!FE checks for duplicates and known noise, runs remediation through PowerShell where it is safe to, and only creates a ticket when a human is actually needed.

Offboarding

Employee offboarding

Disable the account, revoke sessions, convert the mailbox, reassign licenses, recover the hardware, and close the loop with the client contact. Every step logged, nothing skipped.

Reporting

Recurring client reporting

Scheduled workflows pull ticket stats, patch status, and backup results, then deliver a clean report to each client on the same day every month without a tech touching it.

Approvals

Change approvals

Requests that need a manager's sign-off pause the workflow, notify the approver in Teams, and resume automatically when approved. The run history shows who approved what and when.

Why MSPs choose W!FE

Built by an MSP.
Run by an MSP.

Braintek built W!FE to run its own managed services operation. Every connector and pattern exists because an MSP needed it in production, not because it looked good on an integrations page.

Plan your first workflow
01

The workflow is the documentation. New techs follow the process because the process runs itself.

02

Run history you can defend. Every onboarding, offboarding, and alert response is logged step by step.

03

Your stack, not ours. W!FE connects the PSA, RMM, and documentation tools you already pay for.

Common questions

MSP automation, answered.

Which MSP tools does W!FE integrate with?

W!FE ships with API operations for Autotask, NinjaOne, IT Glue, ImmyBot, Pax8, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange Online, and SMTP2GO, plus SQL, PowerShell, and OpenAI steps. Any other tool with a REST API can be added through the custom API connector.

How is W!FE different from Rewst or Power Automate?

W!FE is operated as a service. Braintek builds your environment, maps your first workflows with you, and keeps them running, so you get automation outcomes without dedicating a tech to becoming a platform specialist. You still see and control every workflow and every run.

Can W!FE run PowerShell against client environments?

Yes. Workflows can run approved PowerShell as a step, with an approval gate in front of anything sensitive. Scripts run from a controlled library, and every execution is captured in the run history.

What does onboarding automation actually save?

MSPs typically spend one to three tech hours per employee onboarding across the PSA, Microsoft 365, licensing, and deployment steps. A W!FE onboarding workflow reduces that to reviewing one form and watching the run complete, and W!FE reports estimated human time saved per workflow.
