For manufacturers and distributors

Workflow automation for manufacturing.

Production has procedures. The office work around it, approvals, notifications, escalations, and handoffs, mostly lives in email. W!FE turns those into workflows that run the same way every shift.

Plant workflows that run themselves

Procedures for the paperwork, too.

You standardized production years ago. W!FE applies the same discipline to the approvals and handoffs around it.

Quoting

Quote and order approvals

Quotes over threshold route to the right approver automatically, chase them if they sit, and release to the customer the moment they are signed off. The run history shows who approved what.

Maintenance

Preventive maintenance scheduling

Maintenance tasks fire on schedule per machine, notify the assigned tech, escalate when overdue, and log completion. Missed PMs stop being discovered at failure time.

Quality

Quality holds and NCRs

A hold reported from a shop floor form notifies quality and production leads instantly, opens the nonconformance record, and tracks the disposition steps until the hold is released.

Suppliers

Supplier notifications

Late PO detection, spec changes, and document requests go to suppliers on triggers and schedules, with every notice logged so there is no arguing about who told whom.

Onboarding

Employee and contractor onboarding

New hires get accounts, safety training assignments, and equipment through one workflow, so day one on the floor is not spent waiting on IT and paperwork.

Reporting

Daily production reporting

Scheduled workflows pull the numbers from your systems and deliver the daily report to the same people at the same time, without anyone assembling a spreadsheet.

Why manufacturers choose W!FE

If it matters,
it leaves a record.

Approvals, holds, and notifications in W!FE are logged step by step. When the audit or the customer asks what happened, the answer is a run history, not a mailbox search.

Common questions

Manufacturing automation, answered.

Does W!FE integrate with our ERP?

W!FE connects to any ERP that exposes a REST API, and can also work directly against SQL databases where that is the right path. Braintek maps the integration during setup, so your team never touches an API.

Is this the same as an MES?

No. An MES tracks production execution. W!FE automates the business processes around production: approvals, notifications, escalations, onboarding, and reporting. Many plants run both.

Can operators on the floor use it?

Yes. Operators interact through simple web forms on a tablet, terminal, or phone. Reporting a quality hold takes less time than finding the supervisor.

What should a plant automate first?

Preventive maintenance escalation and quote approvals are common first wins: both are high consequence, currently run on memory and email, and take days of chasing that a workflow does in minutes.
