The API wrangler for service operations

Build the work once.
Run it right every time.

W!FE is workflow automation software that gives your team one place to connect APIs, map decisions, run the process, and prove the result.

From request to result

The workflow is the documentation.

Build the process your team follows, connect the tools it uses, and keep the result visible from start to finish.

01

Build

Map steps, branches, approvals, and retries in a visual editor. The graph shows the process before it runs.

02

Connect

Use forms, webhooks, schedules, and API operations to move clean data between the systems you already use.

03

Operate

See active, completed, and failed work. Open any run to inspect its timing and result.

Built for daily operations

Give every handoff a clear next step.

Forms

Start with the right data.

Collect the required fields, validate input, add approval when the process needs it, then pass a clean payload into the workflow.

Run history

Know where work stopped.

Status, source, timing, and result stay together. Failed runs keep the details needed for review.

Triggers

Run on an event or a schedule.

Start work from a form, webhook, timer, or direct run.

Designed for your operation

Your environment.
Your workflows.

A dedicated W!FE environment can hold your forms, connections, schedules, workflow history, and operating rules.

Plan your first workflow
01

Shape it around your process. Start with the work your team repeats today.

02

Connect the systems involved. Keep the workflow as the operating layer between them.

03

Keep the result visible. Review activity, failures, and capacity from the same environment.

Built for how your industry works

Workflow automation for your industry.

The repetitive work looks different in every business. The fix is the same: build the process once, connect the systems, and let it run.

Common questions

Workflow automation, answered.

What is W!FE?

W!FE is workflow automation software built and operated by Braintek. It connects the systems your team already uses through forms, schedules, webhooks, and API operations, then runs your processes the same way every time with a visible run history.

What systems can W!FE connect to?

W!FE ships with operations for Autotask, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange Online, NinjaOne, IT Glue, ImmyBot, Pax8, SMTP2GO, SQL databases, PowerShell, and OpenAI. Beyond those, the custom API connector can reach any system that exposes a REST or OpenAPI interface, which covers most modern practice management, accounting, and line of business platforms.

Do I need developers to build workflows?

No. Workflows are built in a visual editor: map the steps, branches, approvals, and retries, then connect each step to a form, schedule, webhook, or API operation. Braintek maps the first workflow with you, so you start from a working example instead of a blank canvas.

How is W!FE different from Zapier or Power Automate?

Generic automation tools move data between apps one trigger at a time. W!FE is built for operational processes: multi step workflows with approvals, branching, retries, and a run history your team can inspect. When a run fails, you can see exactly which step stopped and why, then fix it and move on. And W!FE is operated for you by Braintek, so the workflows keep running without a platform specialist on staff.

How do we get started?

Start with one process your team repeats every week. Braintek builds your dedicated W!FE environment, maps that first workflow with you, and expands from there. Most teams begin with an intake or onboarding process because the time savings show up immediately.
